Rental Terms & Conditions

The equipment remains the property of Barnsley Cash Registers at all times during the rental period, and must not be moved from the address on the rental agreement form without prior notice

The signatory is responsible for the rental equipment whilst in possession and must ensure that the equipment is covered by their insurance for theft or accidental damage.

Any fault due to fair wear and tear, will be covered by Barnsley Cash Registers free of charge, excluding keys, cash drawers, ribbons, till rolls, wetcovers etc.

Miniumum rental periods applies

• 12 months on new equipment
• 1 month on re-con/ex dem equipment

After the initial minimun rental period either party can cancel the agreement at any time by giving one months notice in writing

Missed payments will automatically terminate this agreement. The equipment will be repossessed and outstanding payments will be persued including any rentals due to cover the agreed minimum period.

All sales are on a C.O.D. basis unless credit by prior arrangement.
